DUTCH
OVEN RAFFLE
This is your chance to win one of two Collector Dutch
Ovens. On the bottom, left, is a 13" Dutch Oven (holds
12 quarts) with a deer design on its lid. It will be
personalized by the manufacturer with the words
"Missouri FTA 2008).
On the bottom right, you can see the lid, with a
buffalo design, that goes with an 11" Dutch Oven (holds
9 quarts). It will also be personalized.
A Dutch Oven cooking (and tasting) demonstration will
take place during the 2008 FTA Convention in Columbia,
MO. (See below)
Tickets will be available at the 2008 FTA Convention in
Columbia, MO for a donation of $1 each or 6 for $5.
 
DUTCH OVEN COOKING
Saturday, June 21--2:00 p.m.
This is your opportunity to experience
Dutch Oven cooking over an open fire. Under the guidance
of Jim and Nancy Mahoney, participants will have a
chance to prepare the food, help cook the food, and last
but not least eat the food. There will be a sign-up
sheet at the FTA booth in order to determine how much
food to purchase. There will be a donation box at the
demo to help cover the cost of the food. This is usually
about a 2-hour program. Location will be in the
convention program and posted at the FTA table.
