website of the Fur Takers of America, Inc. (FTA). The corporation was founded in
1968 and is incorporated in the state of Missouri. FTA represents thousands of
members across the United States and Canada. FTA is governed by a
Governing Board
which consists of 5 elected officers, 15 directors who are elected, and 1
appointed representative. They are responsible for making all rules and
regulations that are deemed necessary for proper or orderly conduct of its
affairs and management of its property, consistent with its Charter and
By-Laws. These officials are also charged with the responsibility of
informing the membership of legislative concerns, both state and national, that
may arise. Protecting the rights of all sportsmen is one of our goals.
